Computer display screen is upside down?

Recently we upgraded several computers to Windows 8.1 and then we encountered an issue where the desktop display screens were up upside down after rebooting. We were able to remedy the issue by just using the keyboard combination CTRL,ALT and UP. Alternatively, you should also be able to modify this setting from Windows 7 and later systems by going to Control Panel ► Appearance and Personalization ► Display ► Screen Resolution.
